Legislative Instrument IMMI 14/04 [F2014L01524] Migration Regulations 1994 - Specification of Class of Persons specifies a class of persons who are eligible to make an application for a Subclass 600 visa via the internet using Form 1419 (Internet).

The class of persons specified in this instrument are holders of a passport from the People’s Republic of China who make an offshore application through the services of an agent who is party to an agreement with the Department of Immigration and Border Protection to use an Internet facility for offshore visitor visa applications.
